ABOUT THE ARTIST
John Dosher has been capturing Central Texas families on film and, most recently, on digital cards for over 14 years.  With roots in advertising, he brings a unique vision and style that is all his own.

A life-long Central Texas resident, John Dosher received a BBA in Marketing from Baylor Univeristy in 1991. He became director of the Business Resource Center in 1999 and then became a Commercial Relationship Manager for Bank One prior to his departure for the field of photography.

Even though his style was created through the influence of advertising, a number of local photographers provided the "fuel that lit the fire."  Charles Evans, Bob Smith, Jim Mosely and Joe Irwin each influenced John through their own unique styles ranging from fine art to photo-journalism.

John specializes in weddings, portraits, sports photography and special events.  However, he takes particular pride in the development of his fine art series of prints.  These prints, available for purchase, represent the drive and the passion that defines his own unique view of the world we live in.
